We are at present unable to accept service requests for any kind of fighting dogs (as defined under Schedule 1 of Cap. 167D Dangerous Dogs Regulation (the “DDR”)) – namely, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, or any cross involving these breeds – or any known dangerous dog (已知危險狗隻) classified by magistrate’s order (as defined under Section 10(1) of the DDR).

All Standard Carers are trained and certified in pet health and sanitation course for pet sitting businesses by Pet Sitters International (PSI), one of the world’s leading educational associations for professional pet sitters, or hold similar pet care related certifications. They are fully equipped to handle the everyday needs of most pets in the comfort of their own home.
Specialist Carers (veterinarians, nurses, professional trainers) are available for pets with unique needs.

To respect others’ privacy, we deploy GPS-enabled pet phones in place of video recordings, ensuring your dog’s location is always monitored without compromising others’ personal space, giving you peace of mind every time your dog steps outside with us.
When it comes to walking your dogs, safety is our highest priority. Carers on platform undergo ongoing training to stay updated on the latest best practices, so you can trust that your pet is in capable hands. For dogs with special needs or unique requirements, we offer access to Specialist Carers to provide expert attention.
